Melissa Gould began their career in 2017 as an Implementation Engineer at TargetX, where they worked indirectly with clients to implement their customizations for TargetX's products. Melissa used Conga Composer to create printable PDF's of client's Student Applications and created Decision Letters for clients to use to mail and send digitally to applied students. In 2018, they took on roles as an Imaging Science/Software Development Co-op at PAR Government and a Student Ambassador at Rochester Institute of Technology. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as a Software Developer at Red Argyle, where they work on the Salesforce platform creating customizations for various high profile customers. Melissa also consistently communicates with the customer to get feedback on the work and validation of the product, and creates Aura and Lightning Web Components as well as backend Apex functionality.
Melissa Gould attended Souderton Area Senior High School from 2012 to 2016. Melissa then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2021. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from Salesforce: the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in July 2022, and the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in October 2021.
