Francisco Piedrahita began their work experience as a Sales Analyst at Kimberly-Clark in 1996. Francisco then worked as a Distribution Sales Manager at Frito Lay/PepsiCo from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they joined Griffith Laboratories as an Account Sales Manager from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, Francisco became a Managing Director at Muy Yum LLC, where they worked until 2014. Since 2014, they have been with Kerry Red Arrow, first as a Business Development Manager for LATAM & MENA until 2016, and then as the Business Development Director for LATAM & Caribbean.

Francisco Piedrahita completed their Advanced Analytics for Sales Leaders program at Kellogg Executive Education, with an expected graduation year of 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Poultry Course from The University of Georgia in 2018, focusing on modern broiler management, health, and nutrition to maximize processing performance. In 2017, Francisco completed a Certificate program at Texas Tech University, where they studied meat technologies, equipment, and ingredients for the development of value-added meat products. In 2015, they earned a Certificate in basic meat science and best processing techniques from Iowa State University. Francisco also holds a Master's degree in International Business from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, which they completed in 2008. Francisco began their education journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne in 2003.
