Don Millard is a senior-level executive with operations and financial experience, particularly in the healthcare industry. He is responsible for all aspects of Red Bag Solutions’ operations.
Prior to joining the company in 2004, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AG), a $10 billion Fortune 250 company. Millard was responsible for all product development, engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales activities from 2002-2004. From 2000-2002, he was Senior Vice President and CFO for AGCO.
Prior to joining AGCO, Millard was President and CEO of Matria Healthcare (NASDAQ: MATR) from 1997-2000. Matria was a $300 million disease management company. From 1987-1997, he was CFO of Matria and its predecessor company, Healthdyne.
Millard serves on the board of directors of American Home Patient, the third largest provider of home health care services and products in the United States. He also serves on the board of directors of several private equity financed companies. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is a Certified Public Accountant.
