Devshree Shrivastava has a diverse range of work experience, starting with an internship in Training and Development at ANDRITZ HYDRO in 2013. Devshree then joined SapientRazorfish in 2014 as an Associate Hiring professional, where they were responsible for sourcing and screening resumes, understanding requirements, and lining up candidates for interviews. In 2017, they moved to Nineleaps as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, handling both lateral recruitment and campus recruitment. Devshree'sresponsibilities included requirement gathering, hiring plans, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Devshree was then promoted to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager in 2019. Currently, they are working at Red Baton as an Associate Director in Talent Acquisition & HR.
Devshree Shrivastava completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Christ University, Bangalore from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with honors in management from Institute for Excellence in Higher Education (IEHE), Bhopal from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they received a certification in Hire Right from Planet Ganges Consulting Private Limited in 2018.
