Courtney Rondon has 12 years of professional experience in the field of visual merchandising. Courtney began their career in 2002 as the Director of Visual Merchandising for Storehouse Furniture. In 2005, they became the Owner of Nest. In 2007, they were hired as the Director of Visual Merchandising for ZGallerie, Inc. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed as the Director of Development & Design - Senior Project Manager & Thought Partner for Red Bay Coffee.

Courtney Rondon began their education in 2014, completing Level IV in Architecture and Related Services and Mechanical Engineering at CAD Simplified in San Francisco. Courtney then attended Stanford University from 2015 to 2018, earning a Senior Project Management degree with a focus in Project Management & Modern Strategic Planning. Currently, Rondon is certified in Auto Cad 2015 Levels 1, 2, 3 & 4, as well as Auto Cad Inventor 3D Modeling, through The Art Institute of California-San Francisco - Cad Simplified.
