Rachel Konte

Rachel Konte has a strong background in design and branding. Rachel began their career in 2003 with Levi Strauss & Co., where they served as the Design Director for Women's Retail & Wholesale. In this role, they managed and directed the design team, developed brand strategies, and conducted extensive consumer trend and market research. Rachel was also responsible for fit development, styling direction, and internal and external strategy communication. In 2012, they founded Owlnwood and served as the Design Director and Owner. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of Brand at Red Bay Coffee, a role they have held since 2014.

Rachel Konte attended the Danish School of Design in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 1986 to 1991. Rachel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, with a focus on designing mens and womens clothing.
