Terry Reinert is the current Chief Executive Officer at Red Berry Innovations. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer at the Nebraska Applied Research Institute (NARI) from March 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they provided vision and strategy leadership, technology leadership, business development, program management, and cyber subject matter expertise across all research, development, and service programs to include both information technology and operational technology systems. Terry also developed and managed industry and government stakeholders, tracked and managed programs to time, cost, and quality, worked with research leaders to develop detailed vision, strategy, and execution plans for research programs, and managed program finance and schedule performance. Additionally, they were responsible for overall creation and maintenance of the cyber security research program to include creating policy and procedures, securing contracts, identifying and acquiring resources, and hiring personnel. Terry was also responsible for overall creation and maintenance of the cyber security tool development program to include generating product ideas, capturing and protecting intellectual property, securing contracts, identifying and acquiring resources, and hiring personnel.

Terry Reinert has a Master's Degree in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from the Florida Institute of Technology. They also have a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. They are certified by the Federal Aviation Administration as a Private Aircraft Pilot and by ISACA as a Certified Information Security Manager. They also have certification from ASPE in DevOps Implementation (ICP-FDO) and GIAC Certifications in Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional.
