Rocky Ortego

Rocky Ortego is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the President and Founder of Red Bison Services since October 2021, Rocky has previously held significant positions including Vice President of the Building Construction Division at APC Construction, LLC and Operations Manager overseeing major construction projects across the United States and Central Pacific Islands. Rocky’s background includes expertise in project management, estimating procedures, and operational oversight at companies such as G.I.S. and Peoples Health, where responsibilities involved managing construction projects, developing project teams, and executing multiple initiatives concurrently. Rocky holds a degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University and has progressed through various roles from Field Superintendent to Project Engineer in earlier career stages, demonstrating a solid foundation in both practical and managerial aspects of the construction industry.
