Amol Kadam

Amol Kadam has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amol co-founded Red Blue Blur Ideas (RBBi) in 2011 with the goal of making digital interactions more human and creating meaningful experiences. Prior to that, they worked at FP7 McCann from 2005 to 2011, initially as the GM and Director of Design & UX Strategy, and later as the Director of Design & UX Strategy. From 2002 to 2005, they were the Design Head and Founding Member at O2 Design. Amol began their career at Plexus Technologies in 1998 as an Interactive Architect.

Amol Kadam completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Design and Applied Arts from Sir J J Institute of Applied Art, which they attended from 1993 to 1998. Amol then pursued studies in Human-Computer Interaction and Design at CMU Human-Computer Interaction Institute, where they completed coursework until 2001.
