Christian Benavides

Christian Benavides is an accomplished artist and illustrator with extensive experience across various companies and projects. Since February 2020, Christian has worked as an Artista at Wizards of the Coast, creating cover illustrations for Magic: The Gathering packaging. Concurrently, Christian serves as a Senior Illustrator for Chill Beats Records and Red Bull Records, specializing in cover artworks for LoFi Hip Hop and illustrations for events, respectively. Additionally, Christian is a Senior Illustrator for Axis Mundi Games, contributing artworks for board games, and has maintained an independent illustration brand, Voyager Illustration, since February 2013. Other roles include concept artist at Amazing Soul Games Studio and a brief tenure as a Senior Illustrator for Huawei. Christian has also been involved in teaching digital illustration at Taller Grafico Digital from 2015 to 2019 and has created tattoo art and travel-related projects. Educational qualifications include degrees focused on animation, digital art, concept art, and graphic communication.
