The leadership team at Red Bull Records has a history of experience in the music industry, with many members having worked for major labels and companies in the past. Some of the team's previous experiences include music development, owner of a production company, director of A&R, vice president of commercial marketing, director of promotions and publicity, senior national promotions manager, national media manager, creative director, and artist manager. The team is also well-educated, with members holding degrees from American University, UNSW, The University of Manchester, and James Madison University.
