Austin Davis

Austin Davis is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Business Partner for the NorCal Region at Red Bull since November 2025. Prior to this role, Austin worked at Columbia Sportswear Company as an HR Business Analyst II from January 2024 to August 2025. A significant portion of Austin's career was spent at adidas, where positions included Human Resources Business Partner focused on NAM Talent Acquisition, as well as various HR roles and retail management. Earlier experiences include roles at Columbia River Mental Health Services as a Therapist and at Northwest Behavioral Healthcare Services as a Hall Supervisor. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Multnomah University, earned in May 2014.
