Chrissy Upton

Chrissy Upton, MPA, currently serves as the Advancement Operations Officer and previously held roles as Membership Manager and Development Officer at Red Butte Garden since November 2015, achieving a 21% increase in membership and enhanced member engagement. Prior experience includes Development Manager at Utah Museum of Contemporary Art from April 2009 to November 2015, where responsibilities involved implementing comprehensive development plans and training staff. Chrissy Upton also worked as Rental Coordinator for Salt Lake City School District, Housing and Office Coordinator for Refugee Resettlement at Catholic Community Services, and Assistant Store Manager at Hot Topic, along with serving as a Youth Advocate Leader at the Utah State Health Department. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration and a BFA in Sculpture/Intermedia from the University of Utah, along with minors in Business and Art History.
