Charisa Persico

Charisa Persico is a Senior Product Manager at Red Canary, since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing key components of a SaaS platform focused on Managed Detection and Response. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Threat Hunter and Cyber-physical Security Researcher at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory from February 2019 to August 2021, conducting research on cybersecurity weaknesses in Distributed Energy Resources and contributing as a technical writer and co-founder of the Early Career Network. Charisa also has experience as a Cybersecurity Incident Coordinator at Los Alamos National Laboratory and as an Equine Student Handler with Seminole Boosters Inc. Education includes a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida State University.
