Niaz Zaman PMP, MBA, CSM, ITIL V3 has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2021, they began working as a Test Lead at Red Cedar Consultancy, LLC. Prior to that, they worked at Perspecta from 2016 to 2021, where they held the roles of Test Engineer IV, Software Engineer, and Test Engineer III. In 2016, they began working at Patriot LLC, where they were a QA/BA and worked with Virtual Business Center (VBC) from Minority Business Development Center (MBDA). Niaz Zaman also held the role of QA Manager at Patriot LLC from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for defining and specifying the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of products and deliverables. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at QinetiQ North America, where they were a QA Architect, Big Data Analyst, and Senior QC Analyst/Lead/SME for SOA. Niaz Zaman then worked at Vencore Inc. from 2012 to 2016 as a QA Architect/Lead/Release Manager. Niaz Zaman began their career in 2005 at OCTO, DC, where they were a Senior QA Analyst.

Niaz Zaman holds an MBA in MIS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a BBA in Accounting and Finance from North South University, an HSC in Science from Dhaka College, and an SSC in Science from Government Laboratory High School, Dhaka.
