Shaun Swartz

Shaun Swartz, MBA, CCEP, ITIL 4, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Growth at Red Cedar Consultancy, LLC, where the focus is on innovation-driven IT services supported by robust certification processes. Prior to this role, Shaun held significant positions at QinetiQ US as Senior Director for Defense Modernization and at SAIC as Senior Director of Capture Management within the National Intelligence sector. Shaun has also contributed to RIVA Solutions, Inc. as VP of Growth, and SOS International LLC as Capture Director, enhancing strategic initiatives in Defense IT and Federal Solutions. Shaun's earlier career includes roles with AMERICAN SYSTEMS and E3 Federal Solutions, providing program management and business development expertise, as well as valuable military experience as an Acquisition Program Manager in the US Air Force Reserve. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Leadership & Business Ethics from Duquesne University.
