Brandon Kinnaird

Brandon Kinnaird has extensive experience in the construction and homebuilding industry, currently serving as the Area Director of Vertical Construction-Scattered Lots at Red Cedar Homes since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kinnaird held various positions at Atmos, including Head of Homebuilding and Senior Project Manager, from September 2021 to May 2024. Previous experience includes Senior Construction Manager at Lagniappe Builders, Construction Manager roles at PulteGroup, Eastwood Homes, and CalAtlantic Homes, and Estimator at Stancil Painting and Services Inc. Kinnaird also has hands-on experience as a Business Owner at Kinnaird Construction and as a Framer at Terry Russell Construction. Kinnaird's career began in the United States Air Force as a Crew Chief from July 2008 to August 2012. Education credentials include studies at Wilkes Community College.
