David L. Withrow

David Withrow, CFA is the Managing Partner at Red Cedar Investment Management, LLC since December 2018. Prior to this role, David served as President at ClearArc Capital until December 2018 and held various positions such as Director, Taxable Fixed Income, and Deputy Chief Investment Officer. Before ClearArc Capital, David was a Director at Fifth Third Bank and a Portfolio Manager at Prime Capital Management. David holds a BA in Economics and Statistics from Anderson University, graduating in 1988.
