Hanning Xu

Hanning (Grace) Xu is an experienced analyst currently working at Red Chalk Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Hanning served as a Behavioral Consultant and UX Optimization Intern at BTT LABS, focusing on optimizing the design of the Eisengard AI platform through interdisciplinary collaboration and research. Hanning has a background in behavioral consulting, having contributed to Itau Unibanco Holding, where strategies were developed to enhance investor understanding of risk, and at The Wharton School as a Research Assistant, working on happiness measurement and consumer decision-making. Earlier experiences include an Investment Banking Internship at Guotai Junan Securities and a Communications Internship at Siemens. Hanning holds a Master of Science in Behavioral and Decision Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by studies in Economics and Psychology at Bates College.
