Chad Germann

Chad Germann has extensive experience in the advertising industry. Chad founded Red Circle Agency in 2001 and served as the Founder/President/CEO. In this role, they were responsible for executive-level strategy and planning, daily operations management, and client relations. Chad also actively pursued new business opportunities and oversaw the agency's growth.

In 2006, Germann founded another agency called Howl Fire Agency, where they held the position of Founder/President. Chad continued to manage the agency's operations, pursue new business opportunities, and maintain executive-level client relations. Chad remained in this role until 2009.

Prior to founding their own agencies, Germann worked as the Advertising Director for Grand Casino Hinckley from 1998 to 2001.

Chad Germann pursued their education in a chronological manner, with their earliest enrollment beginning in 1990 at St. Cloud State University. Chad spent six years at this institution, completing their Bachelor's of Science degree in English Literature - Secondary Education in 1996. Shortly after, they went on to attend the University of North Florida from 1997 to 1999, engaging in postgraduate studies in Language and Literature. However, their Master's degree at the University of North Florida remains incomplete.
