Philip Smallwood is a seasoned IT professional with over seventeen years of experience in K12 Education. Currently serving as a Data & Automation Engineer at Red Clay Consolidated School District since May 2021, Philip has previously held various roles including Supervisor of Technology at Colonial School District, where responsibilities entailed providing technology guidance, enhancing customer relations, and implementing new technologies. Philip's early career includes teaching English to elementary students in Jilin, China. With a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Delaware, Philip combines technical expertise with a strong educational background.
