Carlos Hernández

Carlos Hernández has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and systems engineering. Carlos started their career as an engineer at Central Tumaco S.A., where they ensured the stability and functionality of servers and computer equipment. Carlos also provided support to users, implemented IT solutions, and developed user manuals. Carlos then worked as a systems analyst at the Alcaldía de Cali, where they provided hardware support, installed infrastructure, and trained users. Most recently, Carlos has been working as a business analyst at Red Clay Consulting, where they have been involved in the implementation of Oracle C2M in CELSIA, a large Colombian electrical company. Carlos has also been responsible for designing and configuring campaigns and packages for integration between Oracle Sales Cloud and C2M. Overall, Carlos has displayed a strong technical background and expertise in various IT roles throughout their career.

Carlos Hernández completed a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on Information Technology Project Management from Fundación Universitaria San Martín between 2007 and 2013. In 2013, they also obtained a Diplomado en PMP ® del PMI from the same institution. The following year, in 2014, Carlos pursued an ITIL Certification Version 3 Edition 2011 from IT Service Your Advisor Group. In 2013, they attended Centro Cultural Colombo Americano for an Intermediate 3A course. Additionally, in 2015, Carlos earned a certification in Controles y Seguridad Informatica from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA). As for additional certifications, Carlos obtained a DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate - DEPC® from CertiProf in October 2022.
