Aditya Bendale, MFin, is an accomplished professional in investment banking and mining engineering with a diverse background in various analytical roles. Currently serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Red Cloud Securities Inc. since August 2022, Aditya previously held positions including Short Range Planning/ Drill & Blast EIT at Copper Mountain Mining Corp, and Long Range Planning Co-op at Teck Resources Limited, where significant contributions included optimizing a complex haul network and conducting critical permitting studies. Aditya's experience also encompasses an Operations Analyst Intern role at Syncrude Canada Ltd., where analysis aimed at improving truck cycle efficiencies took place, as well as research at UBC Mining Engineering focused on energy efficiency in mineral processing.
