Currently serving as Maintenance Lead at Red Collar Pet Foods since September 2019, Javier is responsible for streamlining workflows and managing maintenance operations. Prior to this, Javier worked at Mars from February 2007 to September 2019 as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, focusing on workforce productivity, maintenance inventory management, and compliance with food safety standards. Earlier in Javier's career, service in the U.S. Army as a Track Vehicle Mechanic involved leadership responsibilities and ensuring the operational readiness of military combat vehicles. Javier holds a degree from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2016 and 2020.
