The Design and Pre-construction team at RED Construction Group focuses on the initial phases of a project to ensure its successful execution. The Design Director and Coordinator collaborate to develop innovative, feasible design solutions that align with client requirements and project goals. The Pre-construction Director oversees budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring all groundwork is efficiently laid out before construction begins. Together, they work to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and pave the way for seamless project delivery.
