Shaik Yaseen

Shaik Yaseen has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Front-End Development Engineer at Skill-Lync, where they developed an assessment-cum-evaluation platform for grad students, rewrote the entire front-end with React.js/React-Router, and created a WYSIWYG Resume generator and a custom CMS for blogs. Shaik also worked as a Web Developer at SP Robotic Works that same year. In 2017, they worked as a Frontend Developer at StayCircles, where they built multiple e-commerce websites with Gatsby/React.js, two mobile applications using React Native, and a few microservices in Node.js. Shaik also worked as a Software Engineer at Upwork, where they worked with multiple platforms including SPAs, MS Bot framework, JAMStack, and Hybrid Mobile apps. Lastly, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Chalees Minute School, where they helped expand the platform for school children by creating new types of exercises and performed maintenance of old code. In 2021, they began working as a Technical Project Manager at Red Crackle, where they architected an e-commerce website for NFTs based on the ENJIN/JumpNet blockchain including support for a blog and tools for community management. Shaik also setup CI/CD on AWS with EC2 Auto-scaling group with spot instances, netting savings of up to 50% on server costs.

Shaik Yaseen completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy between 2008 and 2012. In 2015 and 2016, they obtained a Diploma of Education in Frontend Development from freeCodeCamp.
