George L. Lee, III has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. George L. began their career at Red Devil, Inc. in 1971 as a Summer Warehouse personnel, where they assisted in various warehouse tasks. George L. then worked in the shipping department in 1972. In 1974, they joined Exact Level & Tool as part of the production staff. After that, they worked as a District Sales Representative at Dixon-Red Devil in 1975 and as a Dealer Sales Representative at Red Devil, Inc. in 1976.
In 1977, George briefly worked as a Resident Disc Jockey at Harold J's. George L. returned to Red Devil, Inc. in 1980 as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for managing sales activities in a designated area. From 1984 to 1988, they served as a Sales Specialist, integrating new products into the company's line and attending trade shows. In 1988, they became the Vice President of Planning & Development, overseeing production and office personnel at Red Devil's facility in the Republic of Ireland.
George's international experience continued as they handled international sales and distribution for the Machinery & Instrument division. The M&I division was eventually spun off to new owners in 1991.
Throughout their career, George demonstrated skills in negotiation, staffing, customer service, trade show planning, and relationship-building.
George L. Lee, III completed their high school education at Suffield Academy, where they received a High School Diploma in General Studies from 1971 to 1974. Following this, they attended Ithaca College from 1974 to 1975, specializing in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General. Ultimately, George received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980.

It offers a wide range of putty knives, wall scrapers, and taping knives, as well as a full line of paint and sundries tools and accessories. The company also manufactures a full line of caulks, sealants, and adhesives, polyurethane expanding foam, patch and repair products, tile products, glazing compounds, and cleaning and maintenance products. Red Devil has sales locations in South and Central America, Mexico, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Greece, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Red Devil was founded in 1872 and the corporate headquarters are located in Tulsa, Oklahoma with additional offices and manufacturing facilities in Pryor, Oklahoma.
