Satish Parupati

Satish Parupati has a strong background in program management and customer success in the IT and insurance industries. Satish has worked at HTC Global Services since 2003, holding various roles including Sr. Program Director - Global Delivery - Customer Success Manager and Program Director - Global Delivery - IT - Insurance Customer. In these roles, they have been responsible for client relationship management, account growth, and delivery of managed solutions. Satish has successfully secured and executed multiple projects, leading to significant revenue growth. Prior to HTC, they worked at IBM - IGS as a QA Manager, overseeing quality assurance efforts for software serving a major insurance/finance company.

Satish Parupati completed their CMBA courses in Legal, Statistics, Management, and Marketing at Illinois State University from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad, graduating between 1991 and 1994. Satish completed their high school education at St. Gabriel's High School from 1982 to 1990, where they focused on Maths and Science.
