Neal Edwards is an experienced restaurant management professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently, Neal serves as the Managing Partner and Financial Coordinator at Red Door Woodfired Grill since April 2014, having previously held roles as Managing Partner and General Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure as General Manager at Austin's Bar and Grill from August 2005 to April 2014, overseeing the daily operations of a full-service restaurant with over 50 employees generating more than two million dollars in sales. Neal holds a degree from Kansas State University, attended from 2001 to 2005, and graduated from Olathe South High School between 1999 and 2001.

Red Door Grill is the best little upscale neighborhood joint in Kansas City. We believe that fresh, natural ingredients, prepared simply yet thoughtfully, produce the most unforgettable flavors. So we're taking an old-school approach to new flavor combinations -- going back to when we first learned how to marry a few simple ingredients over an open flame. Food should be delicious, not complicated. And we'll argue that a wood fired grill is oldest, and most flavorful, way to go. We use a blend of pecan, oak and hickory in our woodfired grill to produce a signature flavor that you can taste in so many of our signature items.
