Susan Massie currently serves as Quality Assurance Lead and previously held the position of Customer Quality Analyst at Red Dot Corporation since July 2011. In this role, Susan is responsible for managing customer rejection claims, conducting root cause investigations, performing trend analysis, and coordinating process improvements. Prior to Red Dot Corporation, Susan worked at Office Depot as a Cashier and Copy/Print Specialist and at Lisa's Espresso as a Barista. Susan graduated from Mountainview High School in Auburn, WA, earning a high school diploma.
