RED Driver Training
RED operates the biggest and best driving school in the UK and trains nearly one in four driving instructors. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Our Mission Statement: "We teach people of all ages and abilities to drive with a particular emphasis on safe driving. We expect all our staff, instructors, partners and suppliers to behave in line with our core values of operating to a high standard in all that we do and always with the highest level of integrity" ________________________________________________________________________________________ Our Business Model We are one of the largest trainers of Driving Instructors in the UK and once qualified, they have the option to join our School as franchisees. Instructors benefit from centralised lesson booking backed by a national advertising programme. Customers learning to drive with RED get great instructors who follow a structured lesson programme designed to prepare them for their practical test. A key element of the programme is designed to impart safe driving skills for life. Customers can pre-pay either via our call centre or online thereby ensuring that their money is secure. The Instructors are paid by RED once each lesson is delivered. If for any reason a customer requests a refund for pre-paid lessons not yet taken, RED actions this and refunds the customer. The Driving Standards Agency believe that an average of 47 hours of professional tuition is now necessary to prepare a customer for the practical driving test.
