Justin Rudwell has over 20 years of professional experience in various industries. In 1996, they began their career as a Shift Supervisor at Sonoco, where they managed a crew of 50 in the fabrication of cans for Procter and Gamble. In 2001, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Management Consultant. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Strategic Advisor for the Department of Health and Social Care and as a Commercial Lead for NHS England: Change & Programme Delivery. In 2009, they became Managing Director of Griffinwell Wines, where they specialized in creating wine brand concepts for large retail chains. In 2017, they were appointed Interim Executive Director of the Island Green Living Association, where they were responsible for developing a business plan, creating a baseline budget, and successfully applying for funding. In 2019, they became the Branding and Licensing Development Lead at Harbor Shoppers. Currently, they are the Chief Growth Officer and General Manager at Red e App, where they focus on both information-based and non-desk workers.

Justin Rudwell obtained an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business in 2000 and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from ESCP Business School in 1999, both in the field of International Business. Justin also earned a Psychology degree from Indiana University Bloomington between 1991 and 1995, with a focus on Pre-medical.
