Vlad Loktev

Vlad Loktev is Chief Creator Ecosystem Officer at Roblox, leading Creator Product, Developer Relations and the Innovation Studio, unifying our work across developer relations from creators to the largest studios.

Vlad is a product leader and technology entrepreneur with deep experience across the industry. Vlad spent the bulk of his career at AirBnB, where he was the first growth product manager, going on to partner closely with Brian Chesky to build the company, and finally serving as VP of Product and GM for the core hosting business. During his tenure at AirBnB, Vlad led product teams across nearly every part of the marketplace. Prior to AirBnB, Vlad built games at Zynga, founded a social survey company, and worked in derivative trading at Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Roblox, Vlad served as a partner at Index Ventures.

Vlad holds a BS in Business Administration and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
