José Labrador Serrano

José Labrador Serrano possesses extensive experience in project management and digital innovation within the public sector and technology industries. Currently serving as Gerente provincial in Málaga at Agencia Pública Andaluza de Educación since August 2020, José has also held the role of Jefe de Proyectos at Red.es since June 2005, leading initiatives like the development of a Digital Content Hub in Málaga and various demonstration centers focusing on tourism innovation and smart city technologies. Prior to this, José worked as an Ingeniero Preventa at Telvent, where responsibilities included project development for ICT infrastructure. José holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master's in Economics and Innovation from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
