Rebekah Gilchrist is an experienced professional in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Communications & Marketing Manager at Red Frogs Australia since September 2016. In this role, Rebekah contributes to a support program aimed at young people aged 15 to 25, addressing issues related to alcohol consumption and its associated risks. Prior to this position, Rebekah worked as a Producer at Bigfish.tv from March 2010 to September 2016, focusing on design and storytelling. Rebekah began their career as a Business Administration Trainee at Tarong Power Station from January 2008 to February 2009. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Creative Industries in Interactive and Visual Design from Queensland University of Technology, completed in 2011.

Our vision is to reduce suffering and safeguard a generation of young people, acting as a positive peer presence to empower them to make positive life choices and become a voice of change within their culture. Red Frogs is a support program for young people from the ages of 15 – 25. Red Frogs recognise that the culture of young people is dominated by alcohol and that excessive consumption of alcohol and other substances can lead to dangerous and life altering behaviours. Therefore Red Frogs make it their mission to provide a positive peer presence in alcohol-fuelled environments where young people gather, educate young people on safe partying behaviours, and promote and provide non-alcoholic and/or diversionary activities that engage young people in these environments. You will find the 2000-strong army of Red Frog Crew volunteers wherever there are large gatherings of young people - including Schoolies/Leavers, universities, festivals, schools, skate parks and sport events.
