Natalia Rossell Lugo has a diverse work experience in strategic brand planning and planning director roles. Natalia started their career as a Jr. Strategic Planner at Publicis Groupe, where they focused on competitive analysis, research analysis, and brand communication strategy development for various brands. Natalia then moved to Ogilvy & Mather as a Strategic Planner, where they utilized their understanding of consumer psychology, cultural research, and business analysis to create brand positioning and communication strategies for brands like Coca-Cola and Mondelez-Kraft Foods. Natalia continued their career at FCB Global as a Planning Director, developing strategic platforms for communication and deepening their understanding of people, culture, and integrated brand strategy. Later, they joined Havas Worldwide México and Havas Health as a Senior Strategic Planner, contributing to the development of brand strategies. Most recently, Natalia held the position of Director of Strategic Brand Planning at McCann Worldgroup and Red Fuse Communications.
Natalia Rossell Lugo earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Psychology at Universidad Central de Venezuela from 2013 to 2015.
