Strategic Brand Planner at Red Fuse Communications

Ximena Hernández has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017. Ximena began as an INTERN communication coordinator at Metamorfosis Global A.C, where they focused on organizational diagnosis, external communication strategy development, and monitoring social networks. Ximena then joined Fundación Carrasco Zayas A.C as an INTERN working on projects with social causes, where they implemented communication strategies and digital campaigns. Ximena also had a role as a social media analyst at E.life. In 2019, they joined Wunderman Thompson as a Junior Strategic Planner, working on communication and brand strategies for Volkswagen México, creative brief development, and trendhunting. Ximena then worked at Edelman as a Junior Strategic Planner, and later at McCann Worldgroup as a Strategic Planner. Currently, Ximena holds the position of Strategic Brand Planner at Red Fuse Communications, focusing on Colgate-Palmolive LATAM in the areas of home care, personal care, and oral care.

Ximena Hernández began their education in 2014 at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they studied but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study, until 2018. In 2018, they enrolled in the Academia Mexicana de Creatividad, where they completed a diploma in Strategic Thinking. In 2019, Ximena went on a research stay at the Universidad de Granada, focusing on the field of Gender Violence.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ximena Hernández obtained the Foundations Certification from Brandwatch Consumer Research in December 2021.
