Ashley West has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to HR and people management. Ashley is currently employed as the Director of People and Culture at Red Games Co., where they oversee the company's HR initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People and Culture at Lunar Solar Group, where they managed multiple remote teams and implemented recruitment processes. Ashley also worked as the Head of People and Culture at Stay Ai, where they provided HR consultation and streamlined leave programs. Before that, they were the Director of People at Borboleta Beauty, where they executed HR initiatives and counseled the leadership team. Ashley has also worked as the Head of Human Resources at Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC, where they ensured compliance with legal requirements and developed performance review policies.
