Erin Sukala is a dedicated professional in the food science and quality assurance industry, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Leader In Training at Red Gold since August 2022. Previous experience includes roles such as Associate Quality and Process Control Supervisor at Hormel Foods, where oversight of daily quality control tasks took place, and a Student Crew Member at Purdue University’s Food Science Department Pilot Plant, which involved building processing operations and performing quality assurance tests.
