Jon Adams

Jon Adams is an experienced professional in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Red Gold since May 2016. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering technology from Purdue University, Jon has held various leadership roles including Plant Manager and General Manager at multiple organizations. Jon's experience also encompasses chairing the Hoosier Chapter of the Indiana Federation For Advanced Manufacturing Education. Prior to Red Gold, Jon worked at Greenville Technology Inc, Air System Components, and Lau Industries, where responsibilities ranged from advanced project engineering to manufacturing management.
