Kelsi Hernly

Kelsi Hernly (Fullenkamp) has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of sales and human resources. At Red Gold, the largest privately-owned tomato food processor in America, Kelsi has held multiple positions including Regional Chain Account and Buying Group Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Assistant, and Human Resources Intern since January 2014. Prior to Red Gold, Kelsi worked at Outback Steakhouse from August 2008 to May 2015, where Kelsi served as a Server and Bartender, earning the Employee of the Year award in 2012-2013 and becoming a Certified Trainer. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Job Shadow at Roche Diagnostics and a role as a Kindergarten Cadet Teacher at Royerton Elementary School. Kelsi holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Ball State University and an Academic Honors Diploma from Delta High School.
