Utility contracts are a minefield !

We can change the terms and conditions of this contract at any time. We will tell you about these changes in writing before they take effect which may include referring you to our website for details or emailing you with a letter or our new terms and conditions.

It might seem like lunacy but it is almost impossible not to get caught by this condition and many others like it. it is hidden on page 21 of a 44 page document and just about every supply contract with the biggest companies that you deal with have hidden gems like this.
