Renee Collins has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Renee started their career as a Benefits/Compensation Analyst at Provision Ministry Group, where they were responsible for compensation issues, research, analysis, and ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws. Renee also played a key role in benefit renewal activities, including negotiation and cost analysis. Renee then worked as a Department Secretary at Hoag Hospital, where they handled administrative duties and maintained critical life safety documentation. Following that, they worked as an Administrative Manager and later as a Project Manager at Detection Logic/Cal Protection, where they gained experience in project management, strategic planning, and report preparation. Lastly, Renee held various positions at Red Hawk Fire&Security, including Area Operations Manager and Director of Systems Integration. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a wide range of skills in administration, project management, and human resources.

Renee Collins attended Hope International University from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. In September 2007, they also earned a Project Management Certification from Cal State Fullerton University Extended Education.
