John Hawley

John Hawley is an experienced investor with a strong background in partnering with and supporting businesses to achieve long-term growth. Currently serving as an Investor at Red Iron Group since May 2024, John focuses on durable small and medium-sized enterprises. Prior to this role, John held positions at Volt Investment Holdings as an Investor/Operator, where the emphasis was on collaborating with owner-operator led businesses, and at Summit Partners as a Vice President, working alongside entrepreneurs to navigate growth challenges. John's earlier career includes leadership roles at Capsule and experience at Audax Group, as well as an internship at Kelliher Samets Volk. John graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Economics from Middlebury College in 2014.
