Nick Burston

Nick Burston is an experienced professional in property and development, currently serving as the Director of Property and Development at Red Kite Community Housing since March 2024. Previously, Nick held the role of Building Maintenance Manager at Reading Borough Council from 2013 to March 2024, overseeing a team of 100 staff across various functions including Professional Surveying, Strategic Asset Management, Business Support, Voids, Planned Maintenance, Reactive Repairs, and Gas and Plumbing. Nick is a Chartered Building Surveyor with an MRICS designation and has pursued education at Slough and Eton, Slough College, and Reading College.
