David Burlison

David Burlison is a seasoned Quality Assurance Tester with a focus on Live Operations at Red Kite Games Limited since November 2020. Prior to this role, David spent over 13 years at Blizzard Entertainment, where responsibilities included analyzing customer contacts as a Player Support and Insight Analyst, overseeing internal investigations in the Internal Affairs position, and managing customer accounts and support in various roles, including Account Administrator and Customer Support Specialist. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from The University of Huddersfield, completed in 2005.
