Jared Noftle

Jared Noftle is an accomplished gaming industry professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. As the Founder and President of Red Lens Games since February 2012, Jared has been instrumental in shaping the company's direction. Jared co-founded Highwire Games in April 2014 and served as CTO until June 2023. Prior to that, Jared was a co-founder and held the positions of CTO and COO at Airtight Games from January 2005 to February 2012. Jared's career began at Radical Entertainment as a Programmer from July 1997 to August 2000, followed by a role as Technical Lead/Lead Programmer at Midway Amusement Games, before contributing to Microsoft as a Developer (SDE) Lead from 2004 to 2005. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, completed between 1994 and 1997.
