Karen Charpentier

Karen Charpentier has extensive experience in purchasing and planning, currently serving as a Buyer at Red Lion Controls since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts. Previously, Karen was the Lead Buyer Planner at Air Dynamics Industrial Systems Corporation, where strategic collaboration with engineering teams focused on pricing and delivery efficiency. Other roles include Purchasing and Planning at Readco Kurimoto, LLC, and a Purchasing Agent at Komax, where proficiency in MRP analysis and cost-saving negotiations was demonstrated. Karen's career also encompasses roles in accounts receivable and management, beginning in 1993 with the Pet Food Manufacturers' Association.
