Phil Heffner

Phil Heffner is an experienced engineering professional with a background in test automation, system engineering, and human factors integration. Currently serving as a Test Automation Engineer at Red Lion Controls since April 2022, Phil previously contributed to the onboarding of Command and Control software at Epic Scientific, facilitating integration for the Department of Defense. At Basic Commerce and Industries, Inc., Phil provided human factors guidance for Marine Corps equipment development. Earlier roles include Supportability Engineer at International Logistics Systems and Squad Leader with the US Army, where significant leadership and operational achievements were attained. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
