Red Loft is a housing development and regeneration consultancy. We work with Registered Providers, local authorities, ALMOs and developers throughout London and the South East from our office in London. Our work includes the management of development projects, as well as a diverse range of development consultancy advice and services, including; feasibility reports, financial viability assessments, land finding and agency, development strategies and procedures, development mentoring and training, HCA and GLA compliance and shared ownership sales and marketing services.
